Text mining projects often move quickly — a focused extraction pipeline can be designed and delivered within three to five weeks, depending on data complexity. Knowledge graph construction tends to run longer, typically eight to twelve weeks, because it involves ontology design and iterative refinement. The AI Readiness Training is structured over three 90-minute sessions, which most teams complete within a two-week window.

We work under a signed NDA before any data changes hands. Many clients use anonymised or synthetic samples during early design phases, and we build the pipeline to run in your own environment where appropriate. Data handling arrangements are discussed upfront and documented clearly before work begins.

The programme covers three practical areas: understanding how AI models process information at a conceptual level, evaluating outputs critically rather than accepting them at face value, and providing feedback that actually improves model performance. Sessions use real tools relevant to your team's context. The goal is practical competence — not enthusiasm — and includes discussion of limitations alongside capabilities.

The listed prices are project-based fees for clearly scoped work. We typically structure payment in two stages: half at project kick-off and half on delivery. For longer knowledge graph engagements, milestone-based payment is available. All pricing is in Hong Kong Dollars and includes GST where applicable. Bespoke scope is available for complex requirements — we'll provide a written proposal after an initial conversation.

Deliverables vary by service, but all engagements include written documentation, handover materials, and a session to walk your team through what's been built. Knowledge graph projects include a visual exploration interface. Text mining projects include the pipeline code or integration, plus documentation of the extraction schema. Training programmes include reference materials for each participant.
